Skol Building Contractors Ltd was founded in 2002 as private limited Company with Certificate of Incorporation No. 43500 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 212) in Tanzania. Skol Building Contractors Ltd is being managed and promoted by Mr. Vincent Peter, a business and self-entrepreneur who has travelled widely in Africa, Europe, America and Japan. Skol Building Contractors Ltd is headquartered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Skol Building Contractors Ltd operates stone crusher producing various sizes of aggregates, stone base and crusher dust at Lugoba quarry site in Costal Region. Also we operate concrete batching plant and Asphalt plant both located at Tegeta.
The manufactured Aggregate, Concrete and Asphalt products are incorporated into our own public and private construction projects resulting in long lasting building and bituminous pavements. Skol Building Contractors Ltd specializes in all aspects of Building, Civil Engineering, Asphal, Concrete and Haulage, including both large and smaller jobs.

Stone Quarry
In 2012, Skol Building Contractors received all permits to begin mining this granite at the Mazizi Quarry for use in construction projects . The quarry is estimated to produce about one million tons a year of construction grade-aggregate.
Concrete Blocks and Paver Frabrication Yard
We have modern paver making machines and produces a range of pavers, kerbs and blocks for our project sites but that are also available on the open market at very competitive prices.
Asphalt Plant
Modern asphalt facility is located at Tegeta, capable of producing a variety of asphalt mixes for use in Skol Building Controactors Ltd projects.The material being mined has a abrasion test, signifying the long term durability and soundness of this material meets or exceeds the needs of our customers.
